For a day or night out, visit the stylish marina of Vilamoura which is surrounded by boutiques, bars and quayside restaurant and attracts a lot of strolling sightseers as well as yachtsmen.

The closest are the Balaia Golf Course and Pine Cliffs, both less than 10 minutes’ drive from Olhos D’Agua.

If your party includes older children and teenagers, take a 10 minute drive to Parque Aventura in nearby Santa Eulalia which has paintball and tree top adventure courses for some high adrenaline activity.

Olhos D’Agua has seafront restaurants and a few bars for you to sample.
The village of Acoteias is also a short drive away where there is a cluster of restaurants serving local dishes like chicken Piri Piri as well as international cuisine plus a few bars.
However, if you like the buzz of nightlife, take a 10 minute taxi ride to the Strip in Praia D'Oura or the marina in Vilamoura where you’ll find dozens of live music bars and nightclubs that keeping going until dawn.
